We offer a 14-day return policy for items in their original condition, unused, and with all tags attached. Please note that sale items and personalized leather goods are not eligible for return or exchange unless they arrive damaged.

Are BONIA products covered by a warranty?

Yes, all BONIA leather goods and accessories come with a 6-month limited warranty against manufacturing defects. This warranty does not cover wear and tear, accidental damage, or unauthorized repairs.

How should I care for my BONIA leather products?

To maintain the quality of your leather, avoid prolonged exposure to direct sunlight and moisture. Use a soft, dry cloth to wipe away dust and store your bags in the provided dust bag when not in use. We recommend using a specialized leather conditioner every few months.

Can I cancel or modify my order after it has been placed?
